Vidal "Big Bird" Velasquez, Jr., 78, years of age passed away on July 23, 2026.  He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and worked for the Corpus Christi Army Depot. A Loving husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be dearly missed.  A Longtime member of the Jalisco's on Kostoryz Rd. coffee club. 

Graveside services with full military honors and committal services will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at
