Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of, Victoria Brooke Montoya, announce her passing on July 12, 2018. She was 20 years of age. Born in Corpus Christi, Texas on November 20, 1997 to her parents Daniel Montoya and Josie Betancourt (Frank). She is preceded by paternal grandparents Jimmy Montoya and Rosa Cristobal (Jose), by maternal grandparents Antonio and Isabel Rico. She is survived by sister, Gloria Montoya Sullivan (Steven), and step siblings, Elizabeth Shockley (Jason), Savannah Calhoun (Mykah), and Sean Betancourt. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and extended family and dear friends. She will continue to live in the hearts and minds of all those, blessed, to have known her.
Public Visitation will be held Thursday, July 19, from 4-9 p.m. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. that evening at Guardian Funeral Home.
A Chapel Memorial Service will take place Friday, July 20 at 10 a.m. at Guardian Funeral Home with Burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Family visitation reception to immediately follow the funeral service, at Victorian Hall, located at 5550 Kostoryz Rd., Corpus Christi, Texas.
