Victoria (Tori) Jewl Vargas passed away on December 15, 2016. She was born on January 14, 1999, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Tori has left us way too soon. She touched so many hearts, her smile, jokes and laughter brought joy to all our lives. She will be missed dearly, but never forgotten. Survived by her loving mother, Sandie (Carranza) Vargas and father Daniel Vargas. She also leaves behind two half siblings, Diego and Belen Vargas. Grandparents Robert and Eligia Carranza and Ino and Diana Vargas. Three very close cousins Jakquelynne and Kassandrae Shepheard and Calvin Jenkins.
