IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Terran
Sanchez
August 20, 1945 – August 26, 2021
Terran Brent Sanchez, 76, was greeted in heaven by the Lord and many family members on August 26, 2021. He was being treated for dementia and pneumonia at the Windsor Nursing and Rehab Center in Corpus Christi Texas, where he was well taken care of. He was born on August 20, 1945, a World War II baby, to Andrew and Willetta Sanchez where they were stationed at a base in Tampa, Florida. He grew up in Houston Texas and moved to Corpus Christi in 1966. He enlisted in the US Navy and served honorably on the USS Grenadier submarine.
Spreading the gospel was the most important thing on his heart. He often visited hospitals to pray for the sick. He shared the love of Jesus and prayed for everyone he could. He worshipped at Gateway Baptist Church in Corpus Christi. He was a loving and loyal brother to Mark Sanchez and his sister Cheryl Smith. They were both with him when he passed. He left behind cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends, as well as many great memories. Terran will be remembered for his joy, kind heart, and his faith. One of his favorite scriptures was 1 Peter 5:7. Cast all your cares on Him for He cares for you. There will only be a direct burial at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
Until we meet again, Bubba
