Tammy Lynn Horak Gilliland, 51, passed away September 21, 2020.

She was born on February 18, 1969.

Tammy was preceded in death by her father Dennis F. Horak; her sister Denise Horak Cumberland; and her brother Jimmy Leonard Horak.

She leaves behind her daughter Maggie Gilliland and two granddaughters Shaylynn Alice Ward and Kataleya Ann Jessa Lynn Bazan; her brother Mickey Daniel Horak (Valerie Garcia); sister Cindy Rene Horak (David Russ); and her beloved mother Judy Alice Boone Horak. She will be missed by all her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She worked for many years at Tuloso Midway food service department and as a home health provider. Her dedication to the service of others speaks to her kind, selfless, spirit. The love she provided to her family will live in our hearts for generations to come. She will be forever missed.

Public visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2020 at Guardian Funeral Home Chapel ''A".
