Susan Richards Bell, age 66, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2021, in the comfort of her home.

She was born January 30, 1955, in Groom, Texas to Mack and Anne Richards. She attended Memphis High School in Memphis, Texas and was a resident of Hall County for many years until moving to Corpus Christi, Texas in 1996.

She dedicated many years of her life to cotton classing offices throughout Texas. Susan had a love for agriculture that was instilled in her from a young age. She lived her life to the fullest and never met a stranger. She will be remembered for her infectious laugh and for her fun and humorous personality. She had a special place in her heart for animals. Susan always enjoyed the simple things in life like, the beach, visiting with old friends, a good joke, long telephone conversations, and bragging about her grandkids.

Susan Anne is survived by her parents Mack and Anne Richards of Memphis, Texas; her two daughters Casey Gonzalez and husband Raul of Memphis, Texas; Cody Reyes and husband John of Corpus Christi, Texas; five grandchildren Gaynor Gonzalez, Levi Gonzalez, Mackewin Gonzalez, Madison Reyes, and Austin Reyes; two brothers Robert "Bobby" Mack Richards of Corpus Christi, Texas; David "Duck" Richards and wife Kiesha of Childress, Texas; two nephews David Richards of Amarillo, Texas and Taylor Richards of Childress, Texas; one niece Allie Rutledge and husband Chase of Weatherford, Texas; one great Nephew Rafe Rutledge.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents Louis and Rushia Richards. Grandfather Gilbert Richardson and Grandmother Ruby Bickley. Her Aunts Maxine Widener, Mildred Phillips, Francis Riggs. Her uncles Roy Richardson and Tags Richards.

Cremation Arrangements are by Guardian Funeral Home of Corpus Christi, Texas.
