Sherry Lynn Allen, went to be with Our Lord and Savior on September 1, 2015. She was born on November 24, 1954 to Curtis and Dorothy Allen in Victoria, Texas. Sherry was a Navy Veteran and had a long career as a Social Worker. She is preceded in death by her father Curtis Allen and brother Gary Allen. Sherry is survived by her mother Dorothy Allen, son Sean Stirk, sisters Vickie Allen and Gail Young, grandchildren Destiny and Christian Stirk, and nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will take place at Guardian Funeral Home on Friday September 4, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. the family will start accepting visitors at 11:30 a.m.
