Schuyler Kay Morris, 35, was born on August 11, 1987 in Houston, Texas. He left this world on September 2, 2022 in Corpus Christi, TX. He was a graduate of Mary Carroll High School and Mary Grett Transition Center.

Schuyler loved baseball and participated in the Little League Challenger baseball program for special needs in Tyler. His favorite MLB team was the Boston Red Sox. He loved horses and participated in a horse therapy program in both Tyler and Corpus Christi. He has quite a horse collection. He enjoyed swimming and water activities. He loved being read to and watching movies.

Schuyler is survived by his parents, Rex D. and Susan (Sue) Kay Morris. His brother, Stuart S. Morris of Abilene, TX. His Aunts and Uncles Patti and Terry Tuck of Plano, TX. and Kenneth P. Kay, R. Keith and Diane M. Kay and James A. and Tracey W. Kay all of Corpus Christi, TX. Cousins: Shane and Amy Tuck of Plano, Dean and Dianne Tuck of Perth, Australia, Jordan and Maggie Kay of Corpus Christi, and Hailey N. Kay of Corpus Christi, TX. Also, Many extended cousins, friends and wonderful teachers in his formative years in Marshall, Tyler (Whitehouse) and Corpus Christi and the staff of EduCare. So many worked with him as he navigated thru the world of Autism.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 16, 2022 at Guardian Funeral Home, 5922 Crosstown, Corpus Christi, Texas 78417

Cremation with scattering of ashes will be done at a later time at the Beach and Rolling M Ranch.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Autism Society of America.
