Sandra Sosa, born on June 28, 1964, was peacefully called home to Heaven on February 2, 2026, where she was joyfully reunited with our Lord, her beloved Popo and Momo, and the loved ones who preceded her in eternal rest.

Sandra leaves behind her precious little family, who will forever carry her love in their hearts: Brittany Buendia; her son, Dalton Buendia-Sosa; her devoted mother, Gloria Piña; and her siblings, Debra (Richard) Villarreal, Pete (Claudia) Piña, Ruth (William) Henneberger, Stephen Piña, and Rebecca (Anthony) Neely.

Sandra was known for her compassionate heart, her vibrant spirit, and the joy she generously shared with everyone she met. Through her dedicated work with Driscoll Children's Health and her passion for bringing smiles to children through Kidz Fun Party Production, she made a lasting impact on countless lives. Her kindness, laughter, and selfless love will never be forgotten.

She will be deeply missed each and every day. While our hearts mourn her absence, we find comfort and peace in our faith, knowing that Sandra now rests in God's eternal embrace and continues to watch over us from Heaven.

This is not goodbye—it is simply, "see you later" .

Public visitation will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Guardian funeral home with an Evening Service to be held at 6:30 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 13, 2026 at Guardian funeral home chapel.  Burial will follow at Memory Gardens cemetery at 11:30 a.m. 8200 Old Brownsville Rd.
