IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Ryan Jay
Jimenez
September 23, 2005 – January 21, 2026
In Loving Memory of Ryan Jay Jimenez
It is with shattered hearts, overwhelming sorrow, and endless tears as the Jimenez and Trevino Families share the untimely and heartbreaking passing of their beloved son, brother, grandson, and precious angel, Ryan Jay Jimenez, who at the loving age of 20 was called home by Our Heavenly Father in Heaven on January 21, 2026. Though words can never fully express the depth of this loss, we cling to our faith, trusting that Ryan is now wrapped in the eternal embrace of God's mercy, love, and everlasting peace.
Ryan was born on September 23, 2005, in Corpus Christi, Texas, a blessing sent from Heaven to his devoted parents, Gerald and Sarah Jimenez and Ashley and Christopher Trevino. From the moment he entered this world, Ryan brought light, laughter, and joy into the lives of everyone who knew him. Ryan's smile was pure and radiant, his laughter contagious, and his heart gentle beyond his years.
Ryan's Life
He was a gift that God entrusted to this family, and though his time with us was far too short, his impact was immeasurable and eternal. Ryan was a graduate from Veterans Memorial High School in Corpus Christi, Texas who lived his young life with innocence, kindness, and a heart full of goodness. Ryan was an extraordinary baseball player at a very young age of 3 playing Southside Pony League with the Pee Wee White Sox. He worked hard, learned teamwork, perseverance, and the joy of making it on some of the most competitive teams (Elite, Bad Boys, Bandits, Team Citius, Slam, 12, Wolverines, CC Express, Blue Jays, and Veterans Memorial High School Baseball) taking pride in his sports and dreaming of a bright future. He also loved to play football and had the opportunity to play with the Titans and Sharks in his early years and playing at Grant Middle School and continued at Veterans Memorial High School. He stayed active and involved, embracing life with enthusiasm and joy.
Preceded in Death By
In our faith, we believe that life does not end, as Ryan now goes home to Our Heavenly Father in Heaven, where he is reunited once again with his beloved aunt and second mom, Alicia; his great grandma Delfina S. Jasso, grandmother , Maria D. Jasso, and his grandpa's, Jose Leija and Henry Jimenez Jr (Killer), who preceded him in death. What a beautiful and glorious reunion it must have been, Ryan running into their arms, free from pain, surrounded by the love and peace that only Heaven can give. We imagine Alicia and Grandmother Diana greeting him at the gates of Heaven, guiding him into the presence of Jesus, where there are no tears, no sorrow, only eternal joy.
Surviving Family
Ryan leaves behind a legacy of love that will forever live in the hearts of his devoted father, and step mother Gerald and Sarah Jimenez ; his loving mother and stepfather, Ashley and Christopher Trevino; his precious sisters, Nayeli Trevino, Adalynn Trevino and Amelia Jimenez(Pickens); his brother Gabriel Trevino IV ; his paternal grandmother, Gildarda Jimenez, and Mr. & Mrs. Adolfo Rodriguez; his paternal grandfather, Anacleto Herera (Cheto); his loving aunts and uncles, Bryan Leija, Terry Leija, Crystal Figueroa, Henry Jimenez III, Megan Jimenez, Marivel Jimenez, Mr. & Mrs. Jorge Coello and James Rodriguez and numerous cousins, extended family members, and countless friends whose lives were forever touched by Ryan's gentle spirit.
