Mrs. Ruth N. Winfrey, 82 , passed away April 17, 2019.  Public visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 25, 2019 at St. Andrews Episcopal Church 13026 Leopard and a Service will be held at 12:00 noon followed by interment at Duncan/Laguna Gardens cemetery 2500 Debra Ln. in Flour Bluff.  Flowers can be sent to the funeral home or the church.
