Rudy Livas, a devoted husband and loving father, son, brother, uncle, brother-in-law, nephew, cousin, and friend went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Thursday, May 20,2021 at the age of 46.

Rudy was born in Corpus Christi, TX on April 18,1975. He was the youngest of four children to Eva A. Livas. He was a hard worker and provided for his family. He held many different positions before becoming a Board Operator for Buckeye Pipeline for the last 7 years. He made numerous friends along the way that turned into lifelong friendships. Rudy was known for the love of his family and his spirit of kindness. He enjoyed watching his children grow and excel in every area of their lives. He was always ready to attend every cross-country meet, football and basketball games, track meets, long and high jump events as well as shot put and discus events that his children participated in. He was their biggest fan! He was a wonderful husband and father. He did everything he could to make them happy. They were the light of his life. He had a kind heart and gave the "Best" hugs. He was thankful for the many blessings in his life and truly cherished spending time with his family. Rudy was a father figure, God father and role model to many nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Rebecca Livas, four children, Rori (17), Roman (16), Roland (15) and Ryen (13), mother Eva Livas, brothers George Livas (Adriana), Ruben Livas (Yolanda), sister Laura Vela (Joe) and many nieces and nephews.

Rudy will be greatly missed by many family members and friends. He will be smiling down at us from his forever home, Heaven.

Public visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Guardian Funeral Home Chapel A with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 28, 2021 at Guardian Funeral Home Chapel A with Burial to follow in Seaside Memorial Park Cemetery.
