Ruben Falcon Peralez
November 23, 1942—December 26, 2025

Ruben F. Peralez, age 83, passed away Thursday morning Decembeber 26, 2025 at 0255 hours at Harbor Hospice Hospital in Portland, Texas. He was born on November 23, 1942 to Porfirio R. Peralez and Celia Falcon Peralez in Corpus Christi, Texas.  Ruben attended Roy Miller High School before he inlisted in the Army.  Ruben served our great country for the Army from March 10, 1961 to March 9, 1964.  Ruben was stationed in Germany and was Honorably discharged.

Ruben worked at Asarco Refinery for many years.  He loved watching his two daughters play kickball for over 10 years and love going fishing.  He would later enjoy taking and teaching his grandsons to fish and also enjoyed watching them play sports, they played all sports and he would travel to different places to watch his grandsons.  He was a great Father, Grandfather, Uncle and Brother. He will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his wife Gloria Trevino Peralez, parents Porfirio and Celia Peralez, his three brothers Joe, Robert (Bobby) and Pete Peralez.  As well as his beloved Son Ruben T. Peralez.

He is survived by his two Daughters Irma and Irene Peralez, One Brother, Ismael Peralez and Two Sisters, Anita Morales and Syliva Presas of Corpus Christi, Texas:  grandchildren, Jeremy (Denise) , Joel (Ruby), Jonathan, Jacob and Jesse;  great grandchildren, Star, Ethan, Javon, Evan, Jennah, Adonis, Jesse Jr., Liam, Brayden, Benji and Juliana.  Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

On Tuesday, January 6, 2026, a Visitation will be held from 0830 to 0930 for family.  Visitation for the public will be held after 0930 hours.  Rosary will be recited at 1200 noon and burial will proceed after 1400 hours at the Coastal Bend State Veterans cemetery 9974 I.H. 37 North access rd.

Honored Pallbearers will be Jeremy De Los Santos, Joel Hernandez, Jonathan De Los Santos, Jacob Hernandez,  Ethan De Los Santos and Javon Hernandez.
