Rozella (Stockwell) Bell, a long-time resident of the Imperial Valley area, passed away Saturday, May 14th at home in Corpus Christi, Texas. Rozella was born September 25, 1928 in San Bernardino, California and married her beloved JC Bell on December 21, 1946. Dedicating many years serving the community of Southern California, she held several positions, but lastly worked for Torrence's Farm Implements. Rozella was also a member of the Y-Wives, Christian Woman's Club, and the Association of Legal Secretaries. Mrs. Bell was loved by many and survived by her four children: Donnie (Paul) Doetsch, Debbie (Dale) Armstrong, Daniel Bell, and Diana Jackson, in addition to 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, all of which brought great joy to her later years. A graveside service is scheduled for 9:30 am Friday, May 20th at the Riverside National Cemetery; relatives and friends are welcome.
