She was born to Janie and Roy Melendez on February 17, 1978. By beginning work at the age of 16, she proved herself to be a very hard-working woman. With Alexandro Morales Sr., she began to grow her wonderful family with the birth of her son, Alexandro Morales Jr, in 2002. Eight years later, she gave birth to her angelic daughter, Brianna Rene Morales, completing the puzzle that was her family.

Rosemary centered her life around her family and friends as she was always a helping hand to anyone in need during any time of the day. Although suffering herself, she always ensured that everyone who she cared for was doing well in their own lives. In June of 2019, she began working as a Direct Support Professional in group homes where she cared for the people in the way she knew best.

Rosemary is survived by her children, mother Janie Mata-Melendez, brother Richard Rene Monreal, aunt Mary Helen Guerrero, cousins Paul Michael and Gilbert Guerrero, husband Rogelio Vasquez, along with countless loving family members.

Public visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Friday, December 17, 2021 at Guardian funeral home chapel ''A" with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m.  A Catholic service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Guardian funeral home chapel."
