Robin E. Rios, 54, went to be with the Lord on January 21, 2026.

Robin was a born again Christian, most proud of his family, his friendships, and his legendary BBQ chicken. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Rachel Rebecca Rios, and a loving father to his daughter, Audrey Justyne Rios. His love for them—and for the many people fortunate enough to call him a friend—knew no limits.

Robin was known for his generous spirit and his willingness to help in any capacity he was needed. He was hardworking, with an unbelievable work ethic, and he took pride in doing things right. He had a great sense of humor, a deep love for his country, and a special fondness for his boots. Robin had a gift for conversation—he could strike up a chat with just about anyone and, more often than not, win them over. He had an extraordinary ability to make people feel welcome, valued, and heard.

Robin had a way of making people laugh and bringing light into every room.  Because of that, he had countless friends whose lives were better simply because they knew him. He loved without limits and gave of himself freely.

Robin is survived by his wife, Rachel Rebecca Rios; his daughter, Dr. Audrey Justyne Rios (Alex Lopez, fiancé); his sister, Norma (David) Sprague; and his brother, Benito (Delmi) Rios, Jr.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Catalina Rios; his father, Benito Rios; and his sisters, Sandi Sanchez and Gracie Salazar.

Robin's legacy lives on through the love he shared, the lives he touched, and the family and friendships he cherished above all else. While our hearts grieve, we find comfort in our faith, trusting in God's promise of eternal life and knowing that Robin now rests in the arms of the Lord, at peace, reunited with those who went before him. His love and light will carry on until we meet again.

Services for Robin Rios will begin with a public visitation at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at Guardian Funeral Home, 5922 Crosstown in Corpus Christi, Texas, with an evening memorial service to be held at 6:00 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026, at the funeral home.

Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Rose Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, 2731 Comanche Street.

A reception will follow at the Guardian Hall 5813 Ayers St./Carolyn.
