Roberto R. Molina, 84, died on July 1, 2022, at his residence.
He was born August 3, 1937, in Corpus Christi, the son of Leonardo and Antonia (Ramirez) Molina and brother of Maria Theresa Medina.
He worked many years for Ford Motor Company as an auto body repair technician. Later in his career he became a successful business owner.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years, Josefina Lerma; Son, Robert Molina Jr. of Mesquite, TX; Armando Molina of Haltom City, TX; Felipe (Cassandra) Molina of Lavon, TX; Andrew Molina and Brian Amodeo of Little Elm, TX. Grandchildren Robby Molina, Victoria Molina, Alejandro Molina, and Nikolas Molina. Great grandchildren Andrew Molina, Isaiah Molina, Madelynn Martinez, and Kaylynn Martinez.
Roberto loved Josefina immensely and had boundless love for her for over 63 years, but his love was immeasurable for his entire family and friends. He was a great father and gained respect from many others because of his willingness to help those in need. He will be remembered for being a loyal friend and will be missed at daily early morning coffee meetings with his friends. His faith and his love for the lord made him a soldier of God! A Holy Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, July 11, 2022 at Guardian funeral home chapel. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church at 11:00 a. m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 with burial to follow at Memory Gardens cemetery 8200 Old Brownsville Rd.
