Robert Joe Turner, 77, passed away September 28, 2014. He was born in Michigan on April 25, 1937, and was retired from General Motors company, and he was a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his loving wife, Belen Turner, two brothers John and Charles Turner, one sister, Corrie Middleton, l4 grandchildren and l4 great grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m, Thursday, October2, 2014 at Guardian funeral home chapel A with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 p.m. that evening. Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 3, 2014 at Solid Rock Worship Center, 3035 Ayers St. Interment with Military Honors will follow at Laguna Gardens cemetery, (flour bluff 2500 debra Ln.).
