Obituary

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Bobby Kolodziejczyk. He peacefully departed this world on Sunday, June 25, 2023, surrounded by the love and prayers of his friends and family. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished in our hearts. Bobby was born on December 16, 1955, in Karnes City, Texas. He was a hardworking provider and supporter for his family and anyone else in need.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents Bob and Nora Kolodziejczyk and brother James Kolodziejczyk.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years Sharon Kolodziejczyk. Daughter Kasia Bloodworth and spouse Colin Bloodworth. Son Rob Kolodziejczyk and spouse Michelle Kolodziejczyk. Stepson Chris Andrews, spouse Heather Andrews and children Melanie Andrews and Lily Andrews. Stepdaughter Diana Perry and children Trent Perry, Dayna Perry and Trace Perry. Sister Ann Hiller and spouse Donald Hiller.

Bobby was a tireless worker, always improving the world around him as best he knew how. He was an ordained Baptist minister and was an active member of the community – willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. He retired from UT Health Science Center (UTHSCA) overseeing a team as a materials maintenance manager.

In his leisure time Bobby found joy in organizing the world around him, remodeling his environment with fine craftmanship and patience. His hobbies included woodworking, repairing cars, enjoying Carnival cruises and watching Looney Tunes in the few spare moments he took to rest.

A celebration of Bobby's life will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2023, at 11 A.M. We invite all who knew and loved him to join us at Padre Island Baptist Church, Corpus Christi, Texas as we remember and pay tribute to a remarkable individual whose spirit will forever shine brightly.

As we mourn the loss of Bobby let us find solace in the beautiful memories each of us shared and the profound impact he had on our lives. Though his physical presence may no longer be with us, his spirit will forever guide and inspire us.

Please join us as we celebrate the life and legacy of Robert "Bobby" Joseph Kolodziejczyk Jr. May he rest in eternal peace with his Lord and Savior.
