Age 78 died Feb 13, 2024 following a lengthy battle with COVID pneumonia. Born in Lewes, DE to William and Norma Clark (Faust) on May 21st, 1945. Attended Lewes High School and was Chief of Police in Lewes. Bob joined the Navy and served on the USS Boston. His Navy career spanned 30 years. Bob retired from the Delaware DOC. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Charlotte Ann Clark (Lewis), his daughter, Michelle Vogler (Richard), his sisters Barbie, Bonnie, Betty Lou, his grandchildren Joshua Barrett (Andrea), Lauren Bishop (David) and Matthew Barrett, and three great grandchildren, Kimber, Miles, and Kolson. Bob was preceded in Death by his parents William and Norma, brother Billy, son Christopher Eric and great grandson Eli. Bob was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Clayton DE for many years, working as bookkeeper. He was very thankful for the friendship of Pastor Don Howard and his wife Diane. Bob is missed tremendously by his family, friends and beloved dog Missy.
