Robert Guzman Arredondo, age 52, of Corpus Christi, Texas, was born on October 12, 1973, and passed away on December 11, 2025, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Robert was a devoted son, father, brother, uncle, and a cherished friend to many.

Robert was the proud father of one son, Robert Guzman Arredondo Jr., whom he loved deeply and spoke of often with great pride.

Robert is preceded in death by his father, Rene F. Arredondo.

Robert is lovingly survived by his mother, Adelina G. Arredondo; sister, Julia Arredondo McCoy, and her husband, Christopher Lee McCoy; nieces, Laureen Rae Cisneros and Julianna Rose McCoy; nephews, Christopher Lee McCoy and Cameron Lee McCoy.

A lifelong student of discipline and self-improvement, Robert developed a passion for martial arts at a young age. His journey included Judo, Karate, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where his dedication and perseverance earned him a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2008. These practices shaped not only his physical strength but also his character, instilling respect, humility, and resilience.

Robert's calling to help others extended into his professional aspirations. He obtained his EMT certification and was actively pursuing his goal of becoming a Registered Nurse. With big goals and a compassionate heart, Robert was driven by a sincere desire to serve and care for others.

Robert attended Mary Carroll High School and Del Mar College, building strong roots within the Corpus Christi community he called home his entire life.

Robert was known as a true people person. He had an extraordinary ability to connect with others, and wherever he went, friendships followed. It was rare to go anywhere without someone knowing Robert or sharing a story about him. His kindness, humor, and genuine spirit left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Robert Guzman Arredondo will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his loving heart, unwavering determination, and the countless lives he touched.
