Mr. Richard L Garcia, 65, passed away Peacefully in his sleep September 13, 2019. He was born to Jesus and Andrea Garcia December 30, 1953, who starred in the United States Navy. Mr. Garcia is preceded in death by his parents Jesus and Andrea, his brothers and sister Johnny, Terry, Jay, Joe, Jerry. He is survived by his children Richard II ( Amanda) and Genievie (Eric Sr) his brothers Jeffrey, Joe and sister Paula, as well as his 8 beloved grandchildren Marc, Andrea, Juanita, Amalina, Eric Jr, Jayce, Olivia and Abigail. Public visitation will be held from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday September 20,2019 at Gaurdian funeral home with military honors being rendered at 6:30 p.m.
