I t is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Ricardo "Rick" Najar, 58, passed away on November 12, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.

Ricardo was an outgoing person he loved life to the fullest and loved to dance and have a good time with family and friends, he enjoyed  fishing, riding horses, hunting. He was a loving husband, father, son, uncle and friend and he will be truly missed by all whose life he touched. He is survived by his wife, Janie Menchaca Najar, and his children, Ruby Najar, Ricardo Najar, Jr., Carlos Najar and Jason Najar, his step-children, Samantha Flores, Steven Flores, a grandchild, Jullian Flores, his parents, Juan and Viola Reed, his siblings, Johnny (Yolanda) Reed, David (Elizabeth) Reed, Michelle (Kevin) Carrillo, and nieces & nephews.

Public visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Guardian funeral home with a Service to Celebrate Rick's life to begin at 1:00 p.m. We love you Rick and you will never be forgotten.
