Ricardo (Richard) Jr., 61, went to join our Heavenly Father on January 10, 2017. He was the devoted husband to Clara Ann Montalvo, and together they shared 41 years of marriage. Born in Corpus Christi, Texas, he was the son of Ricardo E. Montalvo Sr. and Elena Vela Montalvo. He graduated in 1973 from WB Ray High School and continued on as a successful owner/operator of numerous hair salons in the coastal bend. He enjoyed cooking, carpentry, fishing, and entertaining his beloved family and friends. Within his presence, smiles, love and laughter were always an absolute guarantee.

Ricardo's (Richard) beautiful life will forever be cherished in the life of his beautiful wife, Clara Ann Montalvo; son, Gino (Analissa) Montalvo; daughter, Gina (Anthony) Rupenski; grandchildren, Gino Jr., and Giana Montalvo; sisters, Gloria Adriana Montalvo Sadian, Marta (Doug) Bennett;

Services will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 9:30 a.m. A Memorial Service will follow beginning at 10:00 a.m . at:
