Reynaldo "Junior" Medina, Jr., passed away on January 3, 2014 at the age of 35 with his family by his side. Junior was a very peaceful, kind and gentle man. Junior was true to his Dallas Cowboys till the end, he loved spending time with his family, bar b quing his special chickens and listening to his music.... Junior will forever live in our hearts.
He was preceded in death by his father, Reynaldo Medina Sr., and brother David Medina;
He is survived by his loving wife, Monica Medina; mother, San Juanita Medina; siblings, Richard (Cynthia)Medina, Jessie (Diana) Medina, Joe Medina and Mary Alice (Johnny) Cavazos; mother & father in law, Shirley and Benito Estrada of Odem; 5 sisters & 9 brothers in law; god children, Jon Anthony Cavazos, Daymain Doria and Nayeli Morales; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at Guardian funeral home chapel A with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m, Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 540 Hiawatha St. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
