Obituary

Rene C. Leos better known as Dr. Rene passed away surrounded by his beautiful family peacefully on April 16,2022 in the comfort of his own home at the age of 61. He was born in Olmito, Texas to Manuel and Refugia "Cuca" Leos.
Rene leaves behind his loving wife Sylvia E. Leos 3 children April(Jason) Lara, Belen(Roger) Ramirez, Cindy(Luis) Garza. 5 grandchildren Reina Lara, Jason Lara Jr, Faithlynn Ramirez, Milani J. Garza and Leeland Garza. His sisters Elida Leos and Alice Rodriguez. His brothers Rudy Leos, Ruben Leos, Ricardo Leos, Roy Leos, Ramiro And Pete Rodriguez. He is proceeded in death by his beloved mother Refugia "Cuca"  Leos and sister Elva Leos.
In 1980 he met Sylvia Escamilla at a House party and they shared a beautiful marriage that spanned over 40 years. He always brought laughter to others and was the life of the party. He loved playing his bass and singing. He was such a Joker, prankster, caring, generous man. Rene was loved unconditionally. He will be truly missed by others. He was the best grandpa daddy and husband.

Public visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. with a  Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Guardian funeral home chapel ''A".  Funeral Mass will be Celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 22, 2022 at the Corpus Christi Cathedral Catholic church Downtown 505 N. Upper broadway.  (All attending the funeral Mass please meet at the Church).
