Rebecca R. Perez, age 97 passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born in Realitos, Texas on June 15, 1916 to Francisco and Eufemia Ramos Rosas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dario Perez Ramon, her parents, brothers, Rodolfo and Ranulfo Rosas, sisters, Raquel Rosas, Rosantina Cueva, Rosabel Canales, Reyneira Rosas.
Rebecca was a caring and loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a great homemaker and she tried her best at everything, and she will de dearly missed and will always be remembered.
She is survived by her only sister, Rosaena Minerva Rosas, her children, Pura Gloria Perez, Noemi Vasquez widow of the late(Rafael Vasquez), Efrain (Amelia) Perez and Bryan(Enedina) Perez, seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 6, 2013 at Guardian funeral home chapel A and Services will begin at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens cemetery. Family would like to thank Legacy hospice staff and nurses and a special thanks to Dr. Ronald Bowen.
