Obituary
Rebecca Herrera Sanchez, 67, went to be with our Heavenly Father on Sunday, December 23, 2018. She was born on January 31, 1951 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
She leaves her husband Rosendo Sanchez of Corpus Christi whom she loved so dearly. Her marriage of 35 yrs to him a priceless union founded in strength by Holy Spirit love and mercy, receiving all of God's Grace.
She was preceded in death by her father Don Esteban Herrera. Surviving family are Mother Sara Gonzales Herrera, brother Oscar Herrera of Arizona, sister Mary Esther H. Balderas of Corpus Christi, brother Jesus Herrera of Houston. Loving nephews and nieces, all of them her pride and joy.
Rebecca assisted Dr. Wilson Perrin for 16 yrs in the dental practice. She worked at Dillard's Dept Store until retirement after 25 yrs of service to her beloved public and friends.
She will be sorely missed by her countless friends and relatives who adored her for her loving spirit to all who had and have the honor of knowing an angel on earth. Rebecca loved with a pure heart of gold. May she rest in peace in the bosom of our Heavenly Father, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen.
A Memorial Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Guardian Funeral Home Chapel.
