Ramon Montez Garcia. 61, passed away on February 13, 2016. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on January 16, 1955 to Pablo and Maria Garcia. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Marines from 1973 until 1977. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Darlene Coddington; children, Raymond Garcia, Dolores Garcia, and Michael Garcia; step-children, Cristina Gonzales, Jesse Coddington, Rueben Coddington, James Coddington, and Priscilla Coddington; sister, Grace Blohm; brothers, Raul Garcia, and Paul Garcia; 15 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Guardian Funeral Home. Interment with Military Honors will be held on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
