Ramon G. Aleman, 86, went home to be with the Lord on August 21, 2013. He was born in Mercedes, Texas on December 7, 1926. He served his country proudly during World War II in the U.S. Army, and was a retired Pot Tender from Reynolds Metal Company.
Mr. Aleman was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Aleman.
He is survived by his children, Linda Bell, Dolores Hollingsworth (Bill), Sandra Ponce, Raymond Aleman, Jr., Nelda Fling (Dan); grandchildren, Michael Aleman, Noshin Roodgari, June Hollingsworth, Jason Aleman (Angelica), Chris O'Brian, Michelle Palmer (Colin), Jennifer Aleman, Sean Bell, Nichole Enriquez (Johnny), Philip Aleman and Alex London; great-grandchildren, Daybien Curry, Zoe Silva, Daizy Silva, Harmony Montalvo, Jason E. Aleman, Jacob Aleman, Aviana Aleman, Philicity Aleman, Patence Aleman and Alexia Enriquez.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 26, 2013 at Guardian Funeral Home Chapel A and Services and Celebration of Mr. Ramon G. Aleman' s life will be held at 12:00 Noon.
Burial will Military honors will follow at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery, 9974 IH 37 Access Rd.
