Ramiro V. Salinas went to be with the Lord on October 12, 2015. He was born in Concepcion Texas to Gavino and Ester Salinas on October 2, 1925. Ramiro was a WWII U.S. Navy Veteran. Ramiro had a long career as a Funeral Director. Ramiro is preceded in death by his parents and one son Jose Luis Salinas, sister Alicia Vera. He is survived by his wife of 65 years Jovita Salinas. Children Yvonne (Richard) Valent, Ester (Juan ) Flores, Sylvia(Roger) Reyna, Ramiro (Modesta) Salinas Jr. 11 Grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren. Brothers Servando (Esmeralda) Salinas, Manuel (Ofelia) Salinas, Oscar(Angie) Salinas, Sisters Armandina Guiterrez, Alma De Los Santos, Amelia Guiterrez. Services will be on Thursday October 15, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Guardian Funeral Home, the family will start accepting visitors at 5:00 p.m. Interment will be at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery 9974 IH 37 Access Road Corpus Christi, Texas on Friday October 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
