Rafael "Ralph" "Bear" Ramirez, age 62, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on January 29, 2025. He was born on February 28, 1962, in Corpus Christi.

Ralph was a warm and vibrant soul who cherished connecting with others. He had a genuine love for people and enjoyed striking up conversations with everyone he met. Known as the "life of the party," Ralph had an infectious energy and a passion for dancing. He also loved his bicycles, especially his beloved "Blue" and his favorite, "Red."

Ralph will be deeply missed by his surviving brothers: Tino (Sophie) Ramirez, Tony (Dee Ann) Ramirez, Lupe (Isabel) Ramirez, Robert (Shannon) Ramirez, and Andy Ramirez; sister-in-law, Alda Ramirez; brother-in-law, Carlos Ortiz; sisters, Janie (Alfred) Perez and Julie Ramirez/Janie (Yaya) Garcia; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at Guardian Funeral Home, 5922 Crosstown, Corpus Christi, Texas 78417. The family will receive visitors starting at 8:00 AM, with public visitation beginning at 10:00 AM. A Holy Rosary will be recited at 12:30 PM. The funeral procession will depart at 2:00 PM for Rose Hill Memorial Park, located at 2731 Comanche, Corpus Christi, Texas 78408, where Ralph will be laid to rest.
