In Loving Memory Of
Ralph Coleman was born on December 12, 1955, in Corpus Christi, Texas. He peacefully passed away on January 31, 2026, surrounded by his loving family, and went to be with our Lord in heaven.
Ralph was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother. A proud United States Marine veteran, he honorably served his country and carried that strong sense of duty, integrity, and commitment throughout his life.
He dedicated 44 years of faithful service to the Corpus Christi Army Depot, where he was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and unwavering dedication. His career was a great source of pride for both him and his family.
Ralph was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Santiago and Ana Perez.
He leaves behind his devoted wife, Yolanda Coleman; his loving sons, Stephen Coleman (Maria), Jason Coleman, and Vincent Johnson (Leticia); and his devoted stepchildren, Joe (Jennifer), Tracey, and Laura Hernandez. Ralph was a proud and loving grandfather to Destiny, Dezirae, Madison, Ethan, Ace, Kristy, Katrina, Araceli, Isabella, Jezelene, and Jimmy, and a cherished great-grandfather to Anthony, Alessandro, and Meadow.
He is also survived by his beloved siblings: Roberto M. Coleman, Rosie Coleman, Rebecca Steele (Greg), Adel Coleman (Tim), and Carmen Hutchinson (Robert), along with many dear nieces and nephews whom he loved deeply.
Ralph will be remembered for his loyalty, his quiet strength, his service to his county, and the sincere love he gave to his family and friends. Ralph found great joy in grilling for his family and had a lifelong passion for welding, taking pride in crafting crosses and barbecue pits to share with those he loved. He also enjoyed tending his garden, where he grew peppers, tomatoes and avocados. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew him.
Service Information
Public visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at Guardian funeral home 5922 Crosstown from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at Guardian funeral home chapel. Burial will follow with full military honors at 1:00 p.m. at the Coastal Bend State Veterans cemetery 9974 I.H. 37 North Access Rd.
