Prisiliano G. Chavez, 49, passed away on Wednesday, September 20,  2023 in Corpus Christi TX.  He was born on April 28, 1974 in Sterling,  IL to Prisiliano Chavez Sr. and Emelyne Munoz.

Prisiliano was a loving Son, Father, Uncle, Brother and Friend. Although people knew him by different names, Prisiliano, Dad, Grandpa, Pris, B.B., or Hooks, we all loved him.   As a child, Prisiliano enjoyed playing football and baseball.  After moving to Texas in 2003, he worked for various companies as a welder and pipe fitter.  He truly enjoyed hanging out with his friends, having a drink and spending quality time with his children and grandchildren.

Prisiliano is survived by his Mother, Emelyne Munoz, Sons, Ryan M. Chavez and Paul R. Chavez, Daughter, Magin M. Chavez, Brothers, Juan Chavez and Jose Munoz, Sister, Leticia Munoz, Granddaughters, Elezabeth Chavez and Serenity Chavez, Step-Children, Nicole and Abel Tunchez and various Nieces and Nephews.  He was preceded in death by his Father, Prisiliano Chavez Sr. and various Aunts and Uncles.

Prisiliano will forever be remembered for dedication to his career and his love for spending time with his loved ones.  His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Although there will be no formal service, a Celebration of Life will be held in his Honor.  Please join us on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 2:00pm at the Hi-Ho Bar, 3945 Baldwin Blvd, Corpus Christi, Texas.
