Mr. Phillip Woodruff, 69, passed away at his residence on December 30, 2021.  He served his country proudly in the U.S. Navy.  He was preceded in death by  his wife, Lydia Frac Woodruff on May 14, 2019. He is survived by his daughter, Susan Reetz, grandchildren, Christian Reetz and Kayla Reetz, his mother, Aline Williams Woodruff and his sister, Linda Ruth Marlins. Public visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Guardian funeral home chapel with a Service to Celebrate Phillip's life to begin at 11:00 a.m. Full Military Honors 10:45 a.m. before services.
