In Loving Memory of Phillip Dennis Gonzales

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Phillip Dennis Gonzales, aged 68, on January 30, 2024. Phillip, a beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend, peacefully departed this world, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter and cherished family moments.

Born on September 27, 1955, Phillip graduated from Moody High School, class of 1974. He attended North Texas University, raised a family and held a supervisory position with Central Power and Light for over 20 years. He coached little league baseball, loved the Yankees, and enjoyed rock music. He was adventurous, befriended everyone he met and was lovingly known as a jokester.

A devoted father to three daughters, Melissa Rodriguez, Crystal Gutierrez and Adrianna Hooper, his role as a fun-loving father extended to his role as a grandfather to Arianna, Joseph, Keira, Isaac, Naphtali, Judah, Grayson, Quinn, and Adler, each a testament to the warmth and affection he shared.

He was born to Rudolph and Olga Gonzales. Their hard work, resilience, and support were deeply embedded in Phillip's character. His brothers; Rudolfo (Rocky), Joseph Michael, and Clark James, shared not only a family bond but also a lifetime of memories and enriched each of their lives.

Phillip's legacy lives on in the hearts of his family and friends. His spirit of love, laughter and adventure will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A private memorial service to celebrate Phillip's life will be held on February 2, 2024.

Phillip's impact on the lives of those around him is immeasurable. May he rest in eternal peace.
