In Loving Memory Of

Paul Vaughan Stewart passed away February 21, 2026 at home with his wife of 61 years. He was born May 13, 1938 in Louisville, Kentucky to his parents Amazah and Lillian Stewart. Paul was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family, and was known for his dry humor and quiet integrity.

Military Service

Paul served in the United States Air Force from 1960 to 1964 and was a member of The American Legion.

Surviving Family

He is survived by his wife Barbara Stewart, his son Paul R. Stewart, daughter-in-law Amy Stewart, his three grandchildren, Benjamin Stewart, Miranda Stewart, and Julia Stewart, sister-in-law Kathie Bobo, niece Debra Campbell, all of Corpus Christi.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Ruth Clater, and his brother, Robert Stewart.
