Patricia Y. (Serrata) Cantu, 60, passed away August 12, 2018. Patricia was born May 26, 1958 to Roberto and Lucy Puentes in Sterling, Illinois. Patricia was preceded in death by her father, and sister, Cynthia. She was married to Enrique Cantu on February 17, 2018. She worked as a paralegal, enjoyed crafting and knitting and her beloved dog. She is survived by her husband, Enrique Cantu, her mother, Lucy, sisters, Irene  Puentes, Roberta (John) Gonzalez, five children, Roberto (Mia) Puentes, Odelio (Misty) Bueno, Jr., Elsa (Polo) Cortez, Esteban (Debra) Bueno, Erica (Noe) Cortez, twenty grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Public visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at Guardian funeral home chapel with a Service to begin at 12:30 p.m. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens cemetery.
