Patricia Lynch Martinez passed away on Friday, July 7, 2023. She was in the comfort of her own home and surrounded by her loved ones. Patricia was very involved with the community and activities at Christ The King Church. She loved gardening and had a magic touch with all of her plants, especially her orchids. She was also a gifted seamstress, often sharing her talent by making quilts for her family and friends, and albs, banners, and altar cloths for her church. She enjoyed baking and traveling, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially with her husband of 57 years, Albert Martinez.

Patricia is preceded in death by her mother, Angela Farias, and her two sisters, Grace DeLeon and Beatrice Benavidez. She is survived by her husband; her brother Winfred Lynch; her children Diana López (Gene), Albert Martinez Jr. (Carla), Patricia Sebastian (Steve), and Steven Martinez (Elda); and her grandchildren, Steban, Seth, Amabel, Zachary, Deven, Marina, and Soledad.

The family wishes to thank everyone who gave their support, prayers, and love during our mother's battle with cancer. She was blessed to have so many caring people in her life.

Visitation will be held at Guardian Funeral Home on July 12th from 4-8 P.M. with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:30 P.M.

A funeral Mass will be held on July 13th at Christ the King Catholic Church at 8:30 A.M. with the burial to follow at 10am in Seaside Memorial Park.
