Pastor Joe David Ramirez, 60 years of age went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, May 22, 2020 surrounded by his loving family and friends.  He is survived by his wife, Belinda Vasquez,(complete list will be updated soon). Public visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at Guardian funeral home chapel ''B'' with a Funeral service to be conducted at 2:00 p.m.  A reception will follow at the Guardian Hall 5813 Ayers St.
