Obituary

Pamela Eugena (Freeman) Clark "Pam", Joined the Lord on January 29, 2015. Pam was born on October 28, 1969 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Colonel and Freida Freeman.

Our beloved daughter, Sister, Mother, Aunt and Friend is preceded in death by her father, Colonel L Freeman. Survived by her husband Ron Clark, son Holden Clark, and stepdaughters Taylor and Carrie Beth Clark. Mother Freida Freeman, brothers Darrell (Carol) Freeman, John Freeman and Stormy Freeman, Nephews James (Talitha) Starry, Christopher (Amanda) Freeman, Nieces Crystal (Jack) Day, Rachel (Ken) Klinkenbourg and Jonnie Marie Iglesias, five great nephews, four great nieces, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a world of dear friends.

Pam graduated from Carroll High School in 1988. In 1994, Pam Joined the US Army and served as Military Police, she was ranked as a Specialist in the 527 Military Police Company in Weisbaden, Germany. Pam discharged from the Army in 1997 to go home to care for her ailing father. Pam a natural born caregiver later became a Licensed Vocational Nurse and worked at Care Regional in the ER. Striving for more Pam worked hard as a single mother to earn her Registered Nurse License in 2007 from Del Mar College. This last year, Pam went back to school and earned her Bachelors' of Science – Nursing degree from The University of Texas at Arlington with plans to continue with her dream to become a Nurse Practitioner. Pam's nursing career spanned many years and included ER nurse, Cardiac nurse, Hospice nurse, Rehab nurse and Director of Nursing.

Pam was loved by so many and known for her contagious smile and booming laugh. A proud Cowboys fan, she loved to ride her horses, cook amazing meals, hunt and fish, photography, and sing with her patients, friends and family. Pam lived life big and loved just as big. Pam enjoyed spending time with her Cowgirl Sisterhood and SOTX friends. Pam never met a challenge she could not conquer because she loved the Lord and knew her place here on earth included loving unconditionally.

Pam's Celebration of Life will be held at 1pm, Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Guardian, with reception to follow at the VFW in Annaville, Tx. In Lieu of flowers, friends and loved ones may contribute to the Pamela Clark memorial Scholarship fund which has been established in her honor. Information on scholarship fund will be presented at the reception.
