Norma Alicia Moreno Cisneros, 58, passed away January 19, 2014. Visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Guardian funeral home chapel B with burial to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens cemetery.
