IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Noemi Perez
Trevino
May 1, 1945 – January 10, 2025
Noemi P. Treviño, passed away on January 10, 2025. She was born on May 1, 1945, in San Diego, Texas.
Noemi dedicated her life to her God Jehovah and symbolized this dedication by water baptism on August 25, 1962, and has since served her God Jehovah for over 62 years in the Beeville, Ft. Worth and Corpus Christi Congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses.
She served as a Regular Pioneer for 29 years and throughout these years she was given many privileges. These privileges included conducting several progressive Bible Studies which led to their dedication and baptism as Jehovah's Witnesses and her self-sacrificing love moved her to teach some to read and write.
In earlier years after her baptism, when there were a limited number of brothers available to serve in the capacity as a servant, she was approved to serve as a substitute literature servant in the Beeville congregation.
Noemi was known for her self-sacrificing gift of helping those who wanted to know about Jehovah. She was dearly loved and appreciated by all who met her. She will be greatly missed but only for a short time because as she said, "Soon we will be in paradise "unitedly" worshiping our Grand Creator, Jehovah God." – 1 Corinthians 1:10.
As Noemi expressed in her own words, "Move ahead, keep in the faith, soon all suffering will end, because your deliverance is getting near." Luke
21:28.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Meliton and Raquel Treviño; brother David Treviño, niece Linda Treviño and her beloved aunt Rebecca Valdez.
She is survived by her brothers, Isaac, Benjamin (Teresa), Isaias (Viola) Treviño and sisters Audelia (Esiquio)Naranjo, Adelaida (Artemio) Treviño, and Elena Gilshenan along with numerous nieces and nephews who she
loved dearly.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 3:00 pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 3715 Brawner Parkway, Corpus Christi, Texas 78411.
