Nasaria Coronado (Nacha) Garza, 84, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on July 20, 2022. She was born in Beeville, Texas on September 23, 1937 to Antonio Coronado and Juanita Correa.

Nasaria dedicated her life to being a wonderful mother and wife and loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed gardening and had a love for plants and anything with flowers. Over her lifetime she had numerous birds of all species and she enjoyed listening to the sound of her birds sing while she drank coffee. She had a passion for playing bingo and was known to play at multiple halls in Corpus Christi.

Nasaria is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Rodolfo (Roro) Garza, her sisters; Rachel Robles, Emma Garza; brothers, Ramon and Felix Gutierrez.

She is survived by her daughters Gilma Garza, Hilda (late Manuel) Gonzalez, Norma (Marco) Rodriguez, Morisa (Arnuflo) Martinez; sons, Manuel Garza, Rodolfo Garza, Jr., Ricardo Garza, Bobbie Joe (Maria) Garza all of Corpus Christi, Texas; sisters, Dominga Ledesma of Houston, Texas; brothers Juan Gutierrez and Desidoro Gutierrez both of Corpus Christi, Texas; thirteen grandchildren, one grandson Matthew who she was very close with and helped raise and sixteen great grandchildren.

Public Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday, July 25, 2022 at Guardian Funeral Home, Chapel A, with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m. that evening.

Visitation will resume at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at Guardian FH, the Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. in Corpus Christi Cathedral, 505 N. Upper Broadway , with the Burial to follow at 11:30 a.m. in Rose Hill Memorial Park, 2731 Comanche St.

Pallbearers will be Manuel Garza, Rodolfo Garza Jr., Ricardo Garza, Bobbie Joe Garza Jr, Manuel Gonzalez Jr., Rudy Garza III, Matthew Mrazek, Michael J. Garza. Honorary Pallbearer is Bobbie Joe Garza.
