Mollie "Ruth" Mann, 95, beloved mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister, aunt was called to her heavenly home on August 19, 2022, in Corpus Christi, Texas where she lived close to her family for the past 9 years. Ruth was born in Panama, Oklahoma on May 22, 1927, to Jack and Mary Shelton.

She is survived by Jana Sanders, her husband Brad, grandsons Evan Sanders and Ryan Sanders, 99-year-old sister (Donna Smith), and several nieces, and nephews.

Ruth received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Oklahoma in 1953 and her Master of Science Degree from Northeastern Oklahoma State University in 1965. She was a public school teacher in Oklahoma for 30+ years. As a die-hard fan of the University of Oklahoma Football Team, every fall Ruth could be found watching the game and rooting on her team. Her sense of humor and love will be greatly missed. She was her family's biggest source of support and advice.

The family would like to thank Élan Senior Living Center and Altus Hospice for their kindness and compassion.

A graveside service will be held at Duncan Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. on August 25.
