Michael Charles McEvoy was called home on June 17, 2021 at the age of 45.

He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas to his parents William and Victoria McEvoy on July 27, 1975.

Although it is impossible to sum up a wonderful life in only a few words; those who were close to Mikey would describe him as loving, honest, hilarious, and a genuine caring man. He had a generous heart that had the desire to help anyone in need.

Michael joins now in heaven his parents: William and Victoria McEvoy; brother: William "Billy" Joseph McEvoy; his paternal and maternal grandparents; father-in-law: Alfredo "Feke" Rodriguez.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, wife: Michelle McEvoy; mother-in-law: Teresa Rodriguez; brother: Chris Sosa (Jane Martinez); along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins whom he loved.

Public Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Guardian Funeral Home Chapel A with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 25, 2021 at SS Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Seaside Memorial Park.
