IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Micaela Christiana
Sudell
December 10, 1997 – May 14, 2022
Micaela Christiana Sudell, was carried home in the arms of her Savior on May 14, 2022 at the age of 24.
She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas to her parents Daniel and Denise Sudell on December 10, 1997.
"Mica" as she was intimately known leaves a beautiful legacy filled with testimonies from family and friends whose lives she touched. Mica learned love, tenderness and compassion through the love of her family. She was baptized into the family of God at an early age.
Mica's heart grew into a generous heart full of love and compassion that she lavished on her family and close circle of friends. She was a defender and protector of the weak and the lonely and cared for them as her own family.
Mica we will miss your giggles and your laughter, the fun and quirky childlike gestures that touched our hearts and now fill our memories. These memories are what will now help us in our grief and will live on in our hearts forever.
Mica met her partner Erica in 2018 and their relationship grew strong. They shared a bond that was modeled by laughter, love and sacrifice. Erica became very much a part of our family as we saw them care for each other with a bond that even in death carried them away together. We grieve the loss of our precious girls.
Left to cherish her memories are her parents Daniel Sudell and Denise Salas Sudell, siblings Madison, Mia, and William Sudell, her paternal grandmother Darlene Sudell, maternal grandparents Isaac and Griselda Salas Jr, aunts and uncles Isaac (Adrianna) Salas III, Michael (Amanda) Salas, Laurie Morales, Jay (Babe) Sudell, Suzanne Sudell, Sarah (Dylan) Hatten, Matthew Sudell and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and a multitude of friends who grew to know and love her.
Mica is joined in death by her partner Erica Larracuente, and is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Jay Sudell, her aunt Sarah Salas, uncle Samson Salas Sr, paternal great-grandparents Isaac and Eustolia Salas Sr, great-cousin Matthew Salas.
Memorial Services will be held from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday, May 27, 2022 at Guardian Funeral Home Chapel A; the Celebration of Life Service will begin at 3:00 p.m. that afternoon.
