Obituary

Mrs. Mary Albertha Williams age 93 passed away on May 5, 2023. Mary was born on April 19, 1930 in Minerva, Texas to the late David and Syrilda Allen. Her Parent Union produced 15 beautiful children. Mae was privileged to have grown up with 11 siblings she loved till the end. She shared many fond memories about her childhood. She was preceded in death by her siblings; Oscar Lee Hunter, Berthina Warren, Odessa Chatman, Vernall Fowler, David A. Allen Jr., Booker T. Allen and Albert Earl Allen and her children; Kent Williams, Gloria Jackson, Frances Williams and Arthur Williams. She is survived by her other siblings; Josephine Jackson, Alzada Allen, Donald Ray Allen and Milford Allen. Mary is survived by three sons; Craig Williams, Barry Williams and Ray Williams and three daughters; Ruth 'L Allen, Brenda Joyce Williams and Kay Williams. Mary had a large family of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins and many friends and family she loved them all. Mary's favorite Bible chapter was Psalm 23 and Psalm 121 she loved to sing Spiritual songs and she also loved flowers and gardening while having her early morning coffee and her walks outside to see the SUN RISE. A FAMILY TRAIT!!!! REST IN PEACE SOON TO RISE!!! Her viewing will be held on May 19, 2023 Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Guardian Funeral Home. Her talk will be held on that same date at 11:00 a.m. with Brother Joe Martinez officiating the TALK.
