Mary Lee Tanner, age 89, passed away on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 in Corpus Christi,Texas..
Mary was born on April 29,1925 in Brownwood, Texas to Lee M.& Mary C. Richardson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joe M. Tanner of Corpus Christi & her son, Lee E. Horn (Judy) of Lubbock, Texas.
She is survived by her son, James R. "Jamie" (Marybeth) Horn, daughter, Georgia C. "Gigi" Horn, one stepdaughter, four grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
Mary made so many good friends throughout her life, including those she made through her gambling trips with John Taylor & Co and through her shopping sprees at Dillard's Dept Store. To those who knew her, Thank You for caring and sharing in her life and making it so enjoyable.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 6, 2014, at St Bartholomew's Episcopal Church, 622 Airline Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas
