Mary Alice Garcia. completed her earthly journey on February 7, 2024 at the age of 82.

She was born in Robstown, Texas on September 23, 1941.

A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many is now at rest.

Her beautiful spirit brought great hope and light to many, may legacy live on for generations to come.

She is survived by her children: Deborah (Cruz) Alaniz, Daniel (Rani) Garcia, III, Alberto Garcia and Gina Garcia (Mike Edelman); along with a host of extended members of the family whom she loved.

All Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 16, 2024 at Guardian Funeral Home, Chapel A, the family will begin gathering at 10:00 a.m. with the Chapel Services to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. that morning.

Interment will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery, 9974 IH 37 Access Rd.
